As a department manager of urban planning and community management department, I am responsible for all the functions of urban planning management (UPM) and community engagement management (CEM). I oversee the staff and implement strategies to increase productivity of their capability throughout the two-distinctive management. I also support company effort to make sure all the department’s team members are aware and following the company policy at all time.
Is a professional with multiple knowledge in areas of Civil engineering and Business administration which allow him to be one of the best managers in Australia. His determination and willing to improve in different areas such as the laws and contracts provide the company the tools to secure that every detail will be assured. The main role in the company is to develop the contracts with the stakeholders and the technical specifications for the projects that the organization is going to design.

The company predominately operates in South Australia and employs over 30 engineers with disciplines in environmental, civil and water engineering. As the project Manager I perform a wide range of duties and here are some of them:

Coordinating with Department Managers.
Transportation Engineers’ job is to apply technology and science principles to the planning, functional design, operation and management of facilities for any mode of transportation in order to provide for safe, efficient, rapid, comfortable, convenient, economical, and environmentally compatible movement for people and goods in a project. My job is working with transportation engineers and coordinate between project managers and transportation engineers to ensure Traffic Management Plans be carried out with high quality and on time.
COMPANY HISTORY
Harmony construction and engineering is an Adelaide owned, young engineering company which was founded in 2016. Before its establishment the board of directors of this company were working on different engineering field hence this company is the outcome of their experience. Throughout its establishment it tried to explore a new horizon. Not only in a single field it tried to provide services in the overall field of civil engineering which makes this company suffer during its initial stage, but later this was a plus point to achieve this goal where we are today. Harmony construction and engineering faces some difficulties in the initial period of its corporate growth but after opening its branches in Sydney and Melbourne it won’t have to look backward to strive for profitability and reliability and sooner planning to work in the sector of real state.
The future looks bright for Harmony Consulting, although its period of operation is short, it has decades of combined experience, through its staff. Which has help it to secure future projects such as the upgrade of the desalination plant at Hill Top mine, NSW. The success of the company is owed to the successful delivery of past projects, such as the upgrade of the drainage system in North terrace.
Leading the environmental department at Harmony Consultancy, it is my duty to ensure all environmental legislation and guidelines are met. To meet environmental requirements, my team and I will develop an Environmental Management Plan (EMP). This document details all environmental threats, relevant state and federal guidelines, emergency procedures and contact numbers and mitigation measures to prevent or offset negative impacts. With nearly 5 years engineering experience working on a range of projects, I possess the leadership and experience to drive this team to its maximum potential. Together we will deliver sustainable and environmentally friendly procedures.
